Shipping Information

For each item with a separate shipment, when is possible you will receive a dedicated tracking code, allowing you to monitor each delivery in real time.

DELIVERY TIMES
3/15 days. Delivery times will depend on the courier or post office.

PACKAGING
Products are shipped in heavy-duty cardboard reinforced envelopes.

Shipping Information

Please note that some products may be shipped separately, depending on the different production and printing centers. As a result, your order may arrive at different times and in separate packages.

Our products are printed on demand in collaboration with our trusted manufacturer/printer. This allows us to offer unique, high-quality items while reducing waste. However, some products may be printed and shipped from the United Kingdom. In such cases, additional customs fees may apply, which will be entirely the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot choose which products will be printed in the UK, as this decision is made at the discretion of our supplier.

CUSTOMS, TARIFFS + TAXES
Please note that diademadisara.com will not be responsible for any duty or tax charges incurred upon international orders. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and, although they are not always incurred, if so, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the type of product and the delivery location. In some rare cases, additional shipping fees may apply for certain products, as determined by our manufacturer. If this happens, we will inform you promptly before proceeding with your order.

Shipping Restrictions
Please note that there may be some restrictions for shipping certain products to specific areas, such as some regions within the United States. In these cases, we will notify you promptly and work together to find the best solution.

If, for any reason, your order cannot be shipped to the provided address, we will notify you promptly and find the best solution together.

We can ship to P.O. Box addresses in most cases. However, please note the following exceptions:

  • Couriers including FedEx, UPS, and DPD cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Our framed prints and canvas prints are often too large to be delivered to P.O. Boxes (except in AU).

If a product is damaged in transit
If a product is damaged during shipping, please provide a photo of the damaged goods. Once we receive the photo, we will be happy to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction with our products.
